Non Promised Land: Bana ba thari entsho

Non Promised Land Is an investigation on how Apostolic and Zionist movements use colour to explore faith and spirituality in an attempt to negotiate their presence and space. An introspection on how colour use within the movements has shifted from the white missionary garments to a rainbow of colours that crowd our communities of Sunday. In search for a sense of identity and a place to belong, these bright coloured church garments filled our surroundings like ghostly images; they move and swirl through space.
